职务名称: 销售专员
Job title: Key account executive
主要目标: 为了提高和保持指定客户的客户满意度,销量和利润水平。
Overall objective: To increase and maintain customer satisfaction, sales volume, and margin levels with designated customers.
主要职责:
General responsibilities:
Sales 销售
• Receiving and acknowledging sales orders.
• 接单并回传订单确认函
• Quoting new product for existing customers with the support of the Manager.
• 协助经理就现有客户的新产品询价进行报价
• Day to day communications with customers regarding order expedition.
• 就订单最新情况,与客户进行沟通
• Arranging deliveries and ensuring on time dispatch and arrival.
• 安排出货,并确保货物准时发送和到达
• Working with the accounts department to ensure maximum tax rebate efficiency.
• 与财务部门合作确保最大的退税率
• Managing and following up all satisfaction reports and surveys for your customers.
• 管理和跟踪现有客户的满意度调查报告
• Help increase sales volume and margin as best you can without influencing the customer perception of the company.
• 在不影响客户对公司认同感的前提下,尽可能的协助提高销量和利润
Logistics 物流
• Ensuring stock levels for your customers are to requirements
• 确保库存水平满足客户的需求
• Arranging product import and export when required
• 安排产品进出口
• Arranging collection for defect/returned product when necessary
• 必要时安排取回次品和拒收产品
Other 其他
• Occasional interpreting and simple translation
• 偶尔的口译和简单翻译
• Occasional administration duties as required
• 在有需要时,偶尔的行政工作
• Any other tasks as deemed necessary by the management
• 管理层交待的其他工作
- 能熟练使用office软件
- 有紧固件销售经验者优先
- 能做简单英文交流,能收发英文邮件
