工作职责:Main Purpose and Job ScopeThis position is responsible for building and maintaining positive company name under the leadership of senior GA manager. Candidates should demonstrate strong capability to resolve all kinds of complicated and daily operational issues through effective and smooth communication with both the governmental and semi-governmental agencies.Key Accountabilities◆Responsible for the relationship buildup and maintenance with the governmental and semi-governmental agencies that are important to Starbucks business growth.◆Obtain and maintain licenses and permits for new stores opened in Hangzhou.Renew and maintain licenses and permits, and complete yearly inspection for existing stores in Hangzhou.◆Establish the team digital management platform.◆Collect and track relevant laws and regulations and provide a weekly update report to line manager.◆Strive for government financial support and awards that are in line with the company s business and development.◆Assist to arrange/coordinate all levels of government meetings with key *** government officials, taking documentation when needed.◆Assist *** store partners to cultivate, maintain and develop sound relationships with *** governments, take documentation when needed.◆Organize/coordinate significant Government Affairs events.◆Organize and be engaged in social impact activities. Assist to promote the publicity of social impact activities.任职资格:◆Bachelor degree.◆8 years working experience in government affairs. Working experience in government has priority. Public relations related background or working experience is preferred.◆Strong organizational skills, excellent judgment, extreme discretion and the ability to think proactively, strategically and work collaboratively.◆Candidate must be a self-starter with a positive, enthusiastic attitude, high ethics, and a demonstrated track record of working successfully under pressure in a time-constrained environment.Core CompetenciesPuts the Customer First: Has a relentless focus on the customer.
