工作职责 Under the manager's direction, setting the sales plan including hospital development plan in order to enhance the market share and achieve the sales target Managing the target customer, arrange the visit frequency and understand the customer information so that deliver the right product information According to sales plan, execute sales and marketing activities and get the feedback timely, deliver the product/marketing key information in order to guarantee doctor's right prescription by scientific promotion activities. Eg. Organize the PPT lecture, Organize the round table meeting together with KOL. Assist the promotion meeting together with marketing dept etc. Collect and get feedback the marketing information Communicate with Manager to the market situation and development trend. Finish the report and update the database of customer in time. 任职要求 Bachelor degree for pharmaceutical 3 years ofsales experience in pharma. Industry Good communication skill and selling skill Customer focus Good presentation skill and organization skill
