Mission: To maximize sales and profitability of the aftermarket business by promoting sales of service products to new and existing customers, in accordance with agreed business plans.’Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Be responsible for the development of area service business Fulfill service revenue target in assigned territory and increase the capture rate of service product Proactive communicate with customers to understand their needs on aftermarket service Propose suitable service products technically and commercially with excellent presentation and communication on-site and off-site Improve service coverage and explore customer needs according to 1:1 Ratio based on new installation base According to the company's service strategy, continuously promote the service upgrade and new service product promotion Cooperate with other service team member to deliver committed service in high standard Cooperate with credit controller to make sure that account receivables are collected in time according to payment term Tracing all service demand until order receive Timely feedback sales and marketing information on service product by weekly plan and report.Candidate Profile:EducationExperience 3 years sales experience in high end industrial company Service sales/Software sales/Project sales experience will be a plusKnowledge Mechanical or electrical or knowledge IT knowledgeLanguage Fluency in English both in oral and writtenSkills PC skills is a must Presentation skill Negotiation skill Key account management or area development skill Logical analysis skillAttributes Self-started Personal accountability Goal achievement Strong communication and interpersonal skill Self-learning Proactive Customer focusBehaviors Urgency Frequent interaction with others Customer oriented Teamwork Competitiveness Willing to travel任务根据商定的业务计划,通过促进向新客户和现有客户销售服务产品,使售后业务的销售和利润***化。主要职责职责和责任包括但不限于:负责地区服务业务的发展完成指定区域的服务收入目标,提高服务产品的捕获率主动与客户沟通,了解他们对售后服务的需求在技术上和商业上提出合适的服务产品,并在现场和非现场进行良好的介绍和沟通在新安装的基础上,按照1:1的比例提高服务覆盖面,挖掘客户需求根据公司的服务战略,不断推动服务升级和新服务产品的推广。与其他服务团队成员合作,提供高标准的承诺服务与信贷员合作,确保应收账款按照付款期限及时收回。跟踪所有的服务需求,直到收到订单通过每周的计划和报告及时反馈服务产品的销售和市场信息。候选人要求教育背景大学或以上学历,销售、计算机、市场营销专业工作经验3年以上高端工业公司的销售经验有服务销售/软件销售/项目销售经验者优先考虑知识机械或电气或知识IT知识语言能力流利的英语口语和写作技能必须具备PC技能演讲技巧谈判技巧关键客户管理或区域开发技能逻辑分析能力个性自主创业个人责任感实现目标强大的沟通和人际交往能力自学能力强积极主动以客户为中心行为习惯勤奋向上频繁地与他人互动以客户为导向团队合作竞争性愿意出差
