1.Responsible for PPAP documents preparation(CP, PPK, MSA, gauge list…) and Quality work handling in new project；(Inspection Instruction, inspection plan, safe launch instruction, CP, problem solving on site);负责新项目投产的PPAP文件准备（控制计划编制，过程能力研究，测量系统MSA，量检具清单等）和质量工作处理（检查计划及作业指导书编制，安全投产作业指导书编制，控制计划编制，现场问题解决）；2.Responsible for Quality work handling for new equipment; (CMK, Acceptance,PSO);负责新设备的质量工作处理；（CMK研究，验收和释放）；3.Responsible for Gauge management for new project; (Gauge design and purchasing, gauge method training);负责新项目检具管理；（检具设计和采购，检具使用方法培训）；4.Responsible for quality control, quality problem solving and continuous quality improvement after SOP, including training the QC;负责量产后产品的质量控制，质量问题解决和质量持续提升工作，包含对现场检测人员的培训工作；5.Responsible for the preparation and implementation of annual product audit plan;负责年度产品审核的计划编制及执行；6.Support to investigate and deal with customer complaints related to process;支持调查与处理与过程相关的客户投诉问题；7.Other jobs assigned by supervisor.领导交待的其它工作。任职要求：1.Bachelor and above, prefer major in material and mechanism; 自动化、机械等相关专业，学士或以上学位；2.2-5 years work experience in quality management; 2-5年的质量管理经验；3.Familiar with the structure and function principle of brake system parts (vacuum booster, brake caliper, etc.)..熟悉掌握制动系统零部件（真空助力器、制动卡钳等）的结构、功能原理等；4.Familiar with and able to use five quality tools;熟悉并能够运用质量五大工具；5.Familiar with 8D,A3, 6-Sigma and other quality problem solving tools; 熟练运用8D,A3,6-sigma等质量问题解决工具；6.Good in both oral and written English; 良好的英语读写能力；7.Can work under pressure and growing up with your employer. Good personal communication skill and solid team work spirit. 能承受一定的工作压力，愿与公司共同成长。良好的人际交往能力及团队工作精神。附加要求：Have work in joint venture or foreign venture company.
