Responsible for providing sales support for the [HPS China Solutions Sales ] organization while developing, deploying, and enabling the key processes within Sales and Marketing. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and profitable business growth. Develop and assess sales support libraries and templates to enable scalable work processes as well as right and fast reporting and financial roll-up.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp Drive Customer EngagementLearn to Facilitate Strategic DiscussionsTrack and Report Sales ProgressDevelop and Define Customer NeedsYOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.Familiar with sales process software platform like SFDC, SAP; WE VALUEModerate Sales Support experience, like for bidding documents preparation, recording, processing etc.Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environmentGood interpersonal and presentation skillsAbility to take initiative and work with limited directionAbility to influence across a broader organizationBackground in knowledge, product, solutions in process control for key industries
