工作职责:
1.Search literature for related projects, analyze the spectrums from junior scientists, design feasible routes for part of the projects.
2.Arrange the resource according to the well-designed plans, including human resource, reagent resource, etc.
3.Supervise the progress of projects, help solve the project issues in time.
4.Involve in the working conference with client, in charge of basic communication.
5.Provide work instruction to the junior scientists, organize necessary training for the members.
6.Provide professional experimental record, regular report and final report upon the principles.
任职资格:
1.PhD in synthetic or medicinal chemistry or related profession is required, preferably with postdoctoral experience.
2.Experienced with kinds of organic reactions.
3.Fundamental skill on team organization and management.
4.Strong responsibility and team-work ability.
5.Excellent English reading and written skill.
