Job description 工作内容:
- To work closely with sales and customers to have sales orders processed timely and correctly.
与客户和销售积极配合以及时正确地处理客户定单。
- To fulfil customer orders and requirements, work with plant and logistics to have timely producing and delivery.处理和完成客户订单与需求,协助工厂和物流部门以保证生产及运输的及时安排。
- To execute Solenis’s customer service standards, order processing procedure, and support the implementation of SAP. 执行索理思客户服务标准和客户订单处理流程,支持SAP实施。
- Handling import and export orders, as shipment arrangement, customs clearance and delivery, to make sure delivery on time in full. 处理进出口订单,如发货安排,清关和交付,以确保按时交货。
- Communicate well with sales team, plant, logistics and finance team, work closely with them to solve disputes if necessary. 与销售/工厂/物流/仓库保持良好的沟通, 如有需要, 协助他们一起解决其间争议。
- Communicate well with customers; manage well customers’ requirements and needs, provide timely and efficient feedback to customers. 与客户保持良好沟通, 合理管理客户需求,并及时回复客户咨询。
- To evaluate and improve customer service performance. 评估和提高客户服务绩效.
- Strictly comply with the trade compliance and procedure to drive for min. and to eliminate the trade compliance risk. 严格遵守贸易合规和程序,以消除贸易合规风险。
- Familiar with the exportation regulation and related standards and keeps the other departments’ staff informed and updated about them. 熟悉了解出口法则法规,并及时的告知各个相关部门最新的法律法规。
Job requirement招聘要求:
- Bachelor degree in relative area ( business administration/ supply chain/ international trading/domestic distribution) 本科相关专业(外贸/供应链管理/国际国内贸易/商务管理)学历。
- 2-3 years working experience in import/export operation 2-3年进出口操作经验。
- Familiar with the import/ export operation and documents preparation 熟悉进出口操作和申报材料准备。
- Basic knowledge of chemical product import/export operation is plus 了解化学品进出口操作优先。
- Good team player, working actively, and can work under pressure. 具备团队合作精神,工作积极主动,能够承受一定的压力。
- Fluent in English
