1. Take the role as assistant HRBP to relevant teaching department,
- Provide HR supporting service as a key contact person for expat staffs
- Independently support and coordinate HR core processes, including department level recruiting, complete the locally attendance statistics/employee relationship/certificates/update employee information, etc.
- Provide service as a key contact person for personnel and ER issues
2. Be responsible for Employment Branding Initiatives at School level,
- Co work with Marketing department to plan/build/conduct EB initiatives to attract more excellent leads
- Manage and maintain recruitment website, WeChat official account, and all materials for hiring
- Campus recruitment inside and outside China and channel development and maintain
3. Be responsible for School level culture build up and relevant HR activities planning, organization, coordination, and also work with non-teaching/teaching department through the theme activities to promote staffs’ engagement
4. Closely work with School HRSSC services and coordinate with other COE(Center of Expertise), complete cross functional projects
5. Other tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications;
1. At least 5 years of experience in the role of Generalist, HRBP or other relevant HR area. Local school / International school / Bilingual school experience is preferable;
2. Recruitment function or ER background is the plus or preferable;
3. Familiar with labor law and local practice;
4. Fluent English;
5. Great communication and organization skills, ability to prioritize and strong stakeholder management;
6. Passion for the real “team-play” and ability to engage the colleagues from very diverse departments in different activities and projects.
