工作职责：
1. According to group and plant policy to establish and implement the preventive maintenance system of utility equipment.
确保贯彻集团有关政策规定,负责建立公司设备、设施、建筑物的预防性维护保养体系。
2. Provide supply of utility system, include water、electricity、steam、air-conditioner、DI water and waste water treatment etc. to meet the need of production ，ensure steam 、compressed air 、HAVC 、water … conform to quality requirement.
保证所有通用工程设施(包括水、电、蒸汽、空调、纯水及废水处理等)的正常供应，确保生产能得以安全,正常进行，确保蒸汽、压缩空气、空调系统、工厂用水等符合质量要求。
3. Being responsible for calibration and supervision of all the monitoring and measurement instruments to be Located in all the departments , identification following quality requirement，and be responsible to special equipment management.
负责各部门所辖监视和测量装置的校验和监管,并按质量要求标识监视、测量装置，并负责特种设备的定期检测。
4. Management of Maintenance team, contractors.
管理工程维护小组和相关承包商
5. Be responsible to management of department spare parts and other material use in department.
负责部门相关辅料（办公用品、低值易耗品等）及备件的管理。
6. According as financing plan, control expenses
根据公司资金计划, 合理使用和控制费用。
7. Participate extension project and other project which influent utility and building ensure handover or intervention of utility system.
参与扩建项目或其它对通用设施、建筑物有影响的项目，确认顺利交接或控制影响。
8. Improve team’s ability on technical, give training to person with professional and integrative capacity.
提高所带领团队的技术能力并实施交叉培训，培养一专多能的人员。

任职要求
1. 统招本科及以上学历，电气工程、动力工程、暖通工程等工程专业背景优先。
2. 10年以上设施支持及维护领域监督管理I经验。
3. 有较强的责任心和执行力，良好的团队协作能力，沟通能力。
4. 英语口语及书写流利。
