Duties and responsibilities :

Responsible for building long-term relationships between JVI and key people (decision maker) of potential clients. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully working in team with the JVI HQ and the other group’s companies (JVI China, JVI-HK,Far East Production ,EU production and US Corp.) Responsible to create of a sales funnel approved by management. Responsible for CHINA domestic market development and market segments assigned. Responsible to increase business relationships with existing domestic customer. Responsible to increase business relationships with new domestic customers with scouting activity. Must collaborate with con JVI Senior Sales Manager in order to propose a 5 years sales business plan, the annual budget and periodical updates. Implement the business plan to expand company’s customer base and ensure strong presence in China. Responsible to achieve and respect the project number budget Responsible to identify the specific needs of Chinese customers and create a periodical report to HQ . Report to JVI Senior Sales Manager on time about meeting, pipeline, forecasts, and expansion. Define and report the project brief with key information to start the customer project. Monitor project phases and act proactively to reach the project targets (Timing- -Time to market) . Responsible to update Customer’s file and CRM relativeness to his side. Supervise the Customer service activities in order to guarantee timing and service quality. Participation in marketing programs, events, trade show in China. Marketing approach collecting information from the Chinese Customers and produce regular reports to the JVI Senior Sales Manager. Monitoring and ensuring the execution of marketing plan. Help the JVI Senior Sales Manager to provide periodical sales forecast. Being well informed about technologies and materials used on the market from competitors. Being well informed about market analysis and trends related to the segments assigned. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
