工作职责：
1. Establish and continuous improvement Quality Management
System.
建立和不断改善质量管理体系；
2. Communication with customer for Quality System and
Production Quality, understand customer requirement and
expectation, pursue customer satisfaction;
在质量体系和产品质量方面与客户进行沟通,明确客户要求和期
望，追求客户满意；
3. Leader Quality System External and Internal audit;
领导质量体系内、外审核；
4. Lead Manufacturing Process Control,
在公司内推行生产过程控制；
5. Supplier management in aspect of quality by supplier
Evaluation, assessment, auditing and periodically performance
review, to make sure supplier can meet organization’s
requirement.
供应商质量管理，通过供应商评估，评价，审核和定期地绩效评
估控制和管理本地供应商 ，确保满足组织要求；
6. Provide quality training to employees , and ensure the
promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout
organization
向员工提供质量保证方面的培训；确保在整个公司内部提高满足
客户要求的意识
7. Deal with big quality issue, customer return and complaints and
quality system issue;
处理重大质量问题：客户退货及客户报怨和重大质量体系问题
8. Report quality status to GM/DGM and assist GM/DGM to
organize management review;
向总经理和副总经理报告质量状况并协助总经理和副总经理组织
管理评审
9. Plan, specify, set-up and maintain equipment and software
required for quality control;
计划、说明、建立和维护质量控制所需的设备及软件；
10. Organize all inspection ( Receiving Inspection, First Article
Inspection, In-process Inspection, Final Inspection, Source
Inspection and so on )
组织所有的检验（接收检验、首件检验、过程巡检、终检和发货
检验等）
11. Develop the plan for employee capability improvement and
track the execution
拟定人员发展的计划，并跟踪实施；
12. Budget control of QA related;
质量部门相关的财务预算及控制；
13. Participate HSE system establish and maintain; Obey and
comply with HSE regulation requirement; take implementation
with HSE procedure requirement
参与 HSE 的建立和维护；遵守和符合健康、安全和环保
（HSE）法规要求和按照健康、安全和环保（HSE）规章制度执
行
14. Managing Six sigma GB training and certification, supporting
Lean/BB certification per aerospace six sigma team
requirement
按航空事业部 6 sigma 要求，管理公司的绿带培训和取证，支持
精益及黑带的取证。
15. Six sigma project deployment with leadership, tracking and
mentoring to ensure on time completion
与公司领导层一起部署 6 sigma，并进行跟踪和辅导，确保按时
完成
16. Leading the improvements via Lean, Kaizen, HOS standard
work, etc, to drive the achievement in HSE, Quality, delivery,
inventory and productivity, etc.
通过流程精益化、改善，HOS 标准作业等促进安全，质量，交
付，库存和效率等关键业务目标的实现

？能理智地、客观地判断且解决特殊问题；
