工作职责
* Marketing strategy development: to analyze pharmaceutical online business,
including key player's trend; to formulate annual digital marketing strategy
for the product portfolio, and coordinate and manage the marketing investment
to meet the business and financial target.
* Penetration plan: to conduct insight analysis on online target groups and
formulate multi-channel crowd penetration plan;to apply different marketing
mixes and communication tools/platforms to enhance the target group's awareness
of the category or brand and meet their unmet needs.
* Manage and generate online content: Based on user insights, generate
compliant educational content for HCP and users, and deliver it to target
groups through precise marketing way.
* Develop new business models: Based on the market strategy, integrate
internal and external resources to develop new marketing models, establish an
ecological cooperation circle by cross-border, cross-industry, etc.;to provide
users with a better experience and additional value, in order to improve the
marketing efficiency or expand the scale of users.
* Manage the e-commerce business: to undertake the business targets of key
e-commerce business line, develop marketing growth plan and manage the annual
business budget to drive continuous business growth and reach financial
targets. (Depending on the candidate's experience, he/she can manage one of the
business lines of Ali, JD or O2O).
任职要求
* Bachelor degree or above in marketing, mass communication, digital
communication or related field, MBA preferred.
* More than 5 years of e-commerce marketing experience in pharmaceutical or
healthcare products;more than 5 years of practical experience in brand
marketing management, portfolio management preferred.
* Familiar with pharmaceutical field e-commerce ecosystem and business model
of key EC platforms, in-depth marketing cooperation experience with head
platforms is preferred.
* Strong logical analysis and strategic thinking - able to effectively
recognize business pain points and propose market solutions, develop marketing
plans.
* Strong communication and presentation skills - able to promote
cross-departmental, cross-discipline, cross-industry and other complex project
cooperation, and have the ability of efficient project management.
* Strong innovation skills - able to develop new business models and build
0-1 success models to empower key stakeholders.
* Proficiency in business analysis and presentation tools such as Excel,
ThinkCell, PowerPoint, etc.
* Strong sense of responsibility and pioneering spirit.
