Continuous improve our product machining process to increase product quality and reduce labor cost. 持续改进老产品的工艺流程以提高质量，降低成本 New product: 新产品 1.Organize to review the new part drawings with process engineer, quality engineer and other relative engineer. 组织工艺工程师，质量工程师和其它相关工程师进行新产品图纸分析 2.Draw the capability analysis report for new product. 制定新产品能力分析报告 3.Provide Bill of material, labor hours, tooling and fixture cost for cost analysis for new product. 为新产品成本分析提供材料清单，工装及夹具费用 4.Design MOT, DII and bending program for new product.　为新产品设计MOT，DII和数控程序 5.Complete fixture scheme, prepare bending die and fixture purchasing requirement, design job folder for new product. 完成新产品的夹具方案确定，准备工装及弯管模具采购清单，为新产品制定工作任务书 6.As project leader to manage and implement trial production in shop floor. 作为项目主管在现场管理及执行新产品的试生产 7.Organize operator, relative engineer to review trial production result. 组织操作工，相关工程师对试生产结果进行评审 8.Maintenance and update bending program and job folder per trail production; update relative technical document and file. 根据试生产维护及更新弯管程序，工作夹；更新相关的技术文件并存档 9.To do process capability analysis for new product process. 对新产品流程进行流程能力分析 Improvement 改进 10.Continuous improve technology process to increase product quality by using MPC technology. 应用MPC技术持续改进工艺流程以提高产品质量 11.Reduce machining time to reduce labor cost by using six sigma tools. 应用六西格码工具降低加工时间，以降低加工成本 12.Serve for shop floor, analyze and solve the technical and quality issue in shop floor. 服务于现场，分析并解决现场发生的技术及质量问题 Other works: 其它工作 13.Provide data for SAP. 为SAP提供数据 14.Provide technical support for equipment purchasing, outsides product. 为设备采购及产品外协提供技术支持 15.Obey and comply with HSE regulation requirement; take implementation with HSE procedure requirement 遵守和符合健康、安全和环保（HSE）法规要求和按照健康、安全和环保（HSE）规章制度执行 任职要求： 1.硕士或大学本科（或相当学历）4年以上相关工作经验，或大学专科6年以上工作经验 2. Bender operating experience 弯管机操作经验 3. Good computer application ability 良好的计算机运用能力 4. Read and interpret English drawings and specifications 能读懂和理解英文图纸和标准 5. Designation in bending die and fixtures 能设计工装夹具及弯管模具 6.Familiar with solid works, Siemens NX and AutoCAD software. 精通Solidworks, Siemens NX及AutoCAD软件
