工作时间:周一至周五 9:00-18:00,周六日双休
公司提供班车上下班,接送至东区、西区、天河区(体育西地铁站口上车)
REPORTS TO: Director of Human Resources Asia Pacific.
PURPOSE: Provide HR support in all functional areas of the department, to include staffing, ER, benefits, organizational development and training, records, reporting, administration and more.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepares and processes payroll for the facility.
2. Develops and maintains reports from HR database for management and auditing.
3. Maintains human resources database and manual filing systems.
4. Conducts new hire orientation.
5. Processes new hire, status changes and termination paperwork.
6. Correspond with social security and tax related bureaus in processing social insurance, subsidy allowance and income tax related.
7. Assist managers and employees on resolutions of company policies, procedural problems and inquiries.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies.
9. Coordinate and assist managers with production shopfloor recruitment.
10.Coordinates and processes employee attendance records.
11.Assists in the maintenance of employee training record.
12.Assists in planning Company events and outings.
13.Provides administrative support relating to HR issues.
14.Maintains good public and internal customer relations.
15.Must be able to handle confidential or sensitive information using professional conduct and appropriate judgment in varying situations.
JOB SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
1. College or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
2. 3-5 years human resource experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Hands-on experience in payroll, familiar with HRIS system is a plus.
4. Must have working knowledge of principles and practices of employment law, regulatory and income tax regulations.
5. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
6. Ability to produce professional business correspondence and reports.
7. Solid computer skills.
8. Strong communication skill; good command of speaking and written Mandarin and English.
