Position Summary:
This position is responsible for managing direct materials’ purchasing .and will insure all materials meets our quality expectations and are delivered in time to meet our production lines requirements. Meanwhile supporting inventory control/logistic/NCR/Payment/NPI as well.
Description(Please list 5~8 job responsibilities)
？Converts purchasing requisitions into purchase orders timely and correctly.
？Do pull in or push out /cancellation action according to weekly MRP result
？Negotiates best deliveries to meet customer requirement and maintain accurate delivery schedule in system.
？Monitor and follow up delivery schedule until received including NPI programs.
？ Work together SQE to solve supplier quality delivery issues.
？ Work closely with Commodity Managers by providing supplier feedback and assuring compliance of order placement in a timely manner with the strategic supply base.
？ Keeps internal customers informed of supplier delivery and business issues as known through day to day contact with suppliers
？ Supporting others’ requirement as needed
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Industry/Functional Knowledge, etc. ):

？Bachelors Degree with 3 years purchasing engineer experience
？Supply chain and logistic knowledge
？Negotiation capability and communication skill
？ Demonstrated organizational and multi-tasking skills
？ Highly developed computer skills with experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite of products
