Job Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
1.According to the company's development strategy, responsible for formulating plans for the company's IT development, IT infrastructure construction, and IT software system construction, and improving the company's information technology construction level;
根据公司发展战略，负责制订公司信息化发展、IT基础建设、IT软件系统建设规划，提高公司信息化建设水平；

2. Responsible for the entire process management of IT project development, coordinating with the company's business development needs, and following up on the research, analysis, initiation, and implementation of major information technology projects of the company;
负责IT项目开发的全过程管理，配合公司业务发展需求，跟进公司重大信息化项目的调研分析、立项与实施；

3. Responsible for formulating, revising, and improving relevant standards for IT infrastructure, improving process documents and management systems for various aspects of information management, and continuously optimizing and improving them during the implementation process;
负责制定、修订、完善IT基础设施的相关标准，完善信息化管理各环节的流程文件与管理制度，并在执行过程中不断优化和改进；

4. Responsible for supervising the daily development, improvement, and maintenance of the company's business system;
负责监督公司业务系统的日常开发、完善和维护工作的落实；

5. Responsible for team building and department management in the IT department, developing evaluation indicators for IT department personnel, and organizing performance evaluation work;
负责IT部门的团队建设和部门管理，制定IT部门人员考核指标，组织开展绩效考核工作；

6. Supervise the security management of information data, ensure the security of company information data, and prevent various information security risks.
监督信息数据的安全管理工作，保障公司信息数据的安全，防范各类信息安全风险。

Job Requirements【任职要求】
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a key university, majoring in computer science, information management, or related fields;
大学本科或以上学历，计算机、信息管理等相关专业；

2. Good English reading and writing skills, CET-4 or above;
英文阅读书写能力良好，具备CET4或以上英语能力证书；

3. At least 5 years experience in IT project management and software development in enterprises of the same scale, with experience in third-party inspection industry preferred;
5年以上同等规模企业信息化项目管理和软件开发经验，具有第三方检验行业从业经验优先；

4. Excellent ability in requirement analysis, integration planning, and execution promotion, proficient in information system planning, layout, and framework design, and proficient in conducting requirement analysis from a business perspective;
优秀的需求分析、整合规划和推动执行能力，擅长信息系统规划、布局及框架设计，善于业务出发做好需求分析；

5. Excellent communication, coordination, analytical and judgment skills;
优秀的沟通协调、分析判断能力；
