JOB POSTING
Expertise with the implementation of material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Honeywell AST. You will engage in the execution and follow up with policies, procedures and material control systems. You will identify and solve problems in and out of the immediate work area independently and ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels. You are expected to lead project teams within the business.
Keep Honeywell's BTS operation and supporting customers by ensuring materials are well scheduled, evaluated and accurately delivered on time, every time.
Continuously improve material management processes to drive better business results
Use your agility and ability to support clients to solve escalations and achieve metrics
JOB ACTIVITIES
Release PR/PO to source factory based on customer demand
Coordinate among customer care, Sales, source factory and logistic to enhance customer’s satisfaction
Support team activities to meet the team metrics and goals
Follow Honeywell Operating System
Resolve material related problems
Manager own past due/Inventory management/Revenue projection
OTFP/OTTR improvement
YOU MUST HAVE
• In depth experience and expertise with SAP Systems
• Analytic background
• Good skill on excel
• Fully understand MPS/MRP
• Requires a BA degree
• 3~5 working experience in supply planning area
WE VALUE
• Knowledge of manufacturing planning processes is desired
• Knowledge in lean, six sigma tools and problem solving methodology
• Knowledge in Project Management
• Experience in Materials management
• Experience working with global locations
• CPIM/CSCP preferred
