Job Description
1. Respond to manage employee life cycle (including on boarding/ off boarding/ internal transfer/ contract amendment etc)
2.Respond to requests for forms and data. Develop and provide adhoc employee data reports.
3.Respond to input/update/changes employee records in PeopleSoft. Ensure the accuracy and quality of data.
4.Manage the cases in HR ticketing system (sales force) and handle requests and inquiries from employees
5.Process employment verifications and government information requests and attendance files
6.Handle statutory benefits related activities including payroll upload and monthly contribution;
7.Be responsible for payroll input(including severance and all other payment calculation)
8.Update payroll allowances or withholdings in monthly uploading sheet
9. Coordinate with payroll for all kinds of incentive, mandatory increases, International payments, retention, etc
10.Process invoices, distribution lists, expense reports inside HR department
11.Apply special working hours
12. Manage additional assignment /project from Team Leader
13.Attend conference calls and meetings / daily team huddles to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
14.Actively participate in team building activities and should be a role model in terms of behaviors and attitudes
15.Must contribute to Continuous Improvement ideas, automation of work etc.
16.Drive continuous improvement in daily operational work
Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree with 1-2 years of working experience of HR Operations
2.Fluent in English(including oral, reading, writing)
3.N2 level Japanese proficiency
4.Proficient in MS Office applications incl. intranet/ internet and HR related applications
5.Good communication and interpersonal skills
6.Strong team work spirit with local team and global team
7.Customer oriented
