Main responsibilities/主要职责和工作内容:
1.制定实施行政管理规章制度及督促、检查制度的贯彻执行;
2.领导公司行政团队,负责公司行政后勤管理,如食堂、宿舍、门卫、消防,安全等工作,(涉及到验厂、审核等);
3.领导维修工和电工团队,负责公司基建类管理工作,新增厂房基建,物业水电检修、办公室布置,办公楼装修管理等;
4.组织、协调公司年会、员工活动、及各类会议,负责外联工作及办理公司所需各项证照;
5.负责下属日常工作管理;
6.协调公司内部其它行政后勤工作;
7.公司委派的其他任务。
1. To formulate rules and regulations of administrative departments and enforce them.
2. Lead the administrative team, be responsible for logistics management, such as canteen, dormitory, doorman, fire protection, safety, etc. (related to factory audit, audit, etc.)
3.Lead maintenance and electrician team, responsible for the company's infrastructure management, including new plant infrastructure, property water and electricity maintenance, office layout, office building decoration management, etc.
4. Organizeand coordinate company annual meeting, employee activities and variousmeetings, responsible for the external liaison work and the company requiredfor the license.
5. Responsible for daily work management of subordinates.
6.Coordinate other administrative and logistic work within the company.
7.Other tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements/任职资格:
1.身心健康,大专及以上学历;
2.英语听说读写熟练,口语流利优先;
3.具备五年及以上行政管理经验,有工贸一体公司经验优先;
4.有良好的沟通能力,服务意识强,有很好的耐心。

3. At least 5 yearsof administrative management experience, preferably in an industrial or trading company.
