As a Lead Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the IA PSS sales team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth operations. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in managing various administrative tasks and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.
You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you'll work out of our [City, State] location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the IA PSS sales team by providing administrative support, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements. Your contributions will directly contribute to the success of the sales team and the overall business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
61 Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the sales team
61 Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documents
61 Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
61 Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
61 Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed
YOU MUST HAVE
61 Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
61 Strong organizational and multitasking skills
61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
61 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
