As a Sr Applications/Systems Sales Engineering Supervisor specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS) here at Honeywell, you will hold a key leadership role within our organization, overseeing a team of highly skilled sales engineers focused on BMS solutions. You will work collaboratively with various departments to promote and sell our intricate BMS application and system solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass the development and execution of sales strategies, the provision of technical expertise, and the cultivation of strong customer relationships within the BMS market. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our advanced BMS application and system solutions to customers. Your expertise in BMS technology and your ability to understand customer needs will be instrumental in delivering customer-centric solutions and driving business growth in the BMS market.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on our organization by leveraging your technical expertise in BMS to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric BMS solutions and identify new business opportunities to drive growth in the BMS market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell advanced BMS application and system solutions, focus on 强弱电一体化柜
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the BMS market
• Identify customer needs and provide technical expertise to deliver customer-centric BMS solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of BMS projects
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BMS technology
• Manage a team of applications and systems sales engineers
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the Building Automation market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the Building Automation market
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the Building Automation market
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions in the Building Automation market
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• 6 years of transferrable experience
• Proven track record of success in selling advanced BMS solutions
• Strong technical background in application and systems engineering
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
