JD:
1. Responsible for formulating the company's technical management process, establishing and improving the formulation and revision of management standards and systems such as product design, trial production of new products, and standardized technical regulations.
2. Organize and prepare the company's technical development plan, reasonably prepare technical documents, improve and standardize the process.
3. Responsible for the introduction of new technologies, the planning and implementation of product development, to ensure that the product categories are constantly updated and expanded, to collect and sort out domestic and foreign product development information in a timely manner, and to grasp the development trend of products.
4. Responsible for formulating unified enterprise standards for the company's products, realizing standardized management of products, and formulating a strict technical data handover and storage system.
5. Guide, handle, coordinate and solve technical problems of products to ensure the normal and orderly progress of production and operation.
6. Responsible for the training of technical personnel, the management and training of the technical team, and the evaluation of technical achievements and economic benefits.
7. Reporting and cooperating projects to/with Sweden，ensure projects follow Swede-wheel project routine standard.
8. Ensure product and tool quality by performing design review and FMEA, and ensure drawing standard assures good condition for production to produce correct parts.
9. Ensure good routines for 3D/2D data, storing and revision control.
10. Other tasks assigned by the company.
Requirement:
1. More than 5 years of management experience.
2. Proficient in English listening, speaking, and writing skills.
3. Experience in stamping or injection tooling products is preferred.
4. Able to use drawing software, such as AutoCAD, Solidworks.
5. Experience in wheels and casters industry or automation is preferred.
6. Experience in technical work background of foreign-funded enterprises (Europe and America) is preferred.
