JOB FUNCTIONS

· Architecting hardware solutions to enable company product compliance to applicable safety standards such as ISO26262 and IEC61508 设计硬件解决方案，使公司产品符合适用的安全标准，如ISO26262和IEC61508

· Working with engineering teams (technical marketing, design, quality and more) to support the Functional Safety Manager to derive functional safety requirements in compliance with state-of-the-art automotive standards. 与技术团队（营销、设计、质量等）合作，支持功能安全经理根据先进的汽车标准制定功能安全要求

· Overseeing and owning implementation of functional safety documentations in JAMA 使用需求管理工具分析功能安全要求

· Performing the safety analysis, such as DFA, FMEDA, and FTA 进行DFA、FMEDA、FTA等安全性分析

· Supporting the safety assessments with 3rd party assessors 支持第三方进行安全评估

· Partnering with technical marketing engineers to develop mutually agreeable design specifications. 与技术市场工程师合作，制定设计规范产品

· Participating in ISO 26262 standards conference 参加ISO 26262标准会议

· Occasional domestic and international travel (5-10% of the time) 偶尔国内外出差（5-10%的时间）

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

· 2 years work experience in safety relevant IC product development 有2年以上安全性相关IC产品开发经验

· Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal IC’s 熟悉模拟/混合信号IC

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills 出色的书面及口头沟通能力

· Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions and across regions. 跨区域团队合作能力

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· BS or MS in electrical engineering, system engineering, or automotive engineering 本科或硕士学位，电气工程，系统工程或汽车工程专业
