职责描述： 1、根据公司战略目标，制定全球工厂的生产战略、提出整体运营规划，经公司批准后，组织及落实实施； 2、负责中国、印度、墨西哥、意大利等公司全球工厂的管理运营，确保公司的生产交付满足客户需求，实现公司战略目标； 3、负责全球工厂的整体统筹，完成生产管理的计划、组织、实施、降本等管理工作，进性有效的工作指导和监督，实现精益化生产和有效过程监控与分析； 4、组织落实、监督、提升生产过程各项工艺、质量、设备利用率、制造成本等经济指标； 5、与质量管理部门协作，健全和优化生产过程的质量管理； 6、负责管理代工厂的成本、品质、交期，确保其满足公司需求； 7、完善全球工厂的运营组织体系和工作流程，负责工厂管理团队的建设； 8、认同并承接公司管理层的战略方案，并在生产运营中拆解落地。 1. Organize the implementation, supervision, and improvement of economic indicators such as various processes, quality, equipment utilization, and manufacturing costs in the production process; 5. Collaborate with the quality management department to improve and optimize the quality management of the production process; 6. Responsible for managing the cost, quality, and delivery time of the OEM factory to ensure that it meets the company's needs; 7. Improve the operational organizational system and workflow of global factories, and be responsible for building the factory management team; 8.
