随着义乌市场全面开市及企业大规模复工复产，常驻义乌的外商也陆续回到义乌，国外采购商大量涌入，义乌市疫情防控工作需要更充足的多语种志愿者加入。为加强对在义外籍人士的疫情防控服务，义乌市人民政府外事办公室计划组建一支疫情防控外语志愿服务队，现面向社会开展招募。义乌活跃着大量高水平的外语人才，我们将会为社会热心人士提供一个平台，发挥专长，传递爱心，心连心共同守护这座城，这座百余万中外商人的第二故乡。

with the reopening of yiwu markets and resumption of work and production, many resident foreign merchants have returned to yiwu and an increasing number of foreign buyers have been coming here, thus more and more volunteers speaking foreign languages are needed for the epidemic control work. to provide targeted services for foreigners in yiw, foreign affairs office of yiwu municipal people’s government is now recruiting volunteers speaking foreign languages.yiwu is home to a large number of high-level foreign language talents. we will provide a platform for warmhearted people to bring their expertise into play, pass on love, and safeguard our city,which is the second hometown of millions of domestic and foreign business people.

志愿者招募条件

requirements of volunteers

1.具备英语、韩语、阿拉伯语、俄语、西班牙语、法语等语言沟通能力，外籍人士汉语能力需能够开展日常交流；

1.fluent in english，korean，arabic, russian,spanish or french , etc. foreign nationals should be able to carry out daily communication in chinese.

2.具有高度责任感和团队协作精神；

2.having a great sense of responsibility and team spirit.

3.年龄18-50周岁，身体健康；

3.age between 18-50 with good health condition.

4.近一个月无发热、咳嗽、胸闷等呼吸道感染病史，一个月内无境外疫情严重国家及国内湖北旅居史，与确诊病例及密接者无接触史，有疫情风险人员暂不列为志愿者人选。

4.having no symptoms of respiratory infection such as fever, cough, chest distress, etc. in the past month, no travel history of severe epidemic inflicted countries or hubei province in china, no history of contact with confirmed cases and their close contacts. personnel who have the above mentioned conditions will not be selected as volunteers for the time being.

5.统一接受组织调度指挥，不擅自行动；

5.ready to accept work assignment and cooperate willingly with authorities.

6.有较强的自我保护意识；

6.having a high awareness of self-protection.

7.具有涉外工作经验者优先。

7.working experience in foreign-related affairs is preferred.

志愿服务具体内容

volunteer service details

1. 服务时间：即日起至疫情结束。

time:from now on to the end of the epidemic.

2. 服务地点：义乌市。

location: yiwu city

3. 服务内容：

service details:

（1）线上服务：电话交流、文字翻译、疫情咨询等；

online service: phone communication, translation and epidemic consultation.

（2）线下活动：火车站、机场等疫情防控宣传、社区居家及酒店隔离点语言服务、协助疫情防控工作人员与外籍人士沟通交流等工作。

offline service:publicity work of epidemic control at the railway station and airport, language service at community homes and hotel isolation points, and interpretation services for epidemic control staff and foreigners.
