Job Responsibilities 1.Warehouse layout planning and value stream design. 2.Create and update warehouse work instructions. 3.Packaging solution design and optimization. 3. Ensure appropriate staffing, training; assign the duties for warehouse operators for efficient and on-time production and delivery schedule. 4. Keep and monitor 5S and TPM in workshop. 5. Participate in two times every year for inventory taking, deviation analysis and actions. 6. Support Maintenance team for machine and equipment development, coordinate machine and equipment repair. 7. Ensure that CIP is running in warehouse. 8. Freight management 9. Other tasks assigned by manager. Job Qualification and Personal Competencies Education ：Bachelor degree Major：Logistics Foreign Language：Fluent in oral and written English Computer Literacy：1.Skillful in MS Office 2.Be familiar with ERP, SAP is a plus Functional Knowledge：1. 5 years working experience 2. Knowledge of warehouse management 3. Knowledge of Supply Chain Management 4. Knowledge of CAD Personal Competency：1.Result Orientation 2.
