工作职责/Job description: 1.Maintain and continually improve Quality Management System (manual, procedures), ensure the QMS in all areas is appropriate and supportive for businesses. 维护并持续改进质量管理体系（手册，程序文件等），确保各流程及业务单元的体系文件和业务相匹配并能支持业务发展。 2.Oversee the effective implementation throughout company, 监督质量管理体系在全公司的有效实施。 3.Execution of Internal Audits, coordination of External Audits (audits from HQ and customer), management of corrective action system 执行内部审核，协调外部审核（总部审核，客户审核），管理纠正措施系统 4.Collection of quality data, Issuing of Quality Reporting (monthly), Management Review Reporting. 收集质量数据，整理并输出质量月报及年度管理评审报告 5.Variant activities to promote quality awareness in the company, e.g., Quality Training, Quality Improvement Projects… 通过各种质量活动，在公司内宣传并提高员工质量意识，如质量培训，质量改进活动 6.Measuring equipment management, tracking of abnormal 量具管理，异常追溯. 7.Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor 其他上级安排的工作 任职资格/Qualification： 1.Bachelor of mechanical engineering, electric automatization… 本科学历及以上，机械工程、电气自动化等相关专业优先 2.At least 3-5 years working experience in quality management system at machinery industry, packaging machinery is preferred 3-5年质量体系经验在设备行业，特别是包装机械行业 3.Experience in quality reporting, management review. 有质量汇报与管理评审经验 4.Experiences in audit area, acting as leader auditor. 有审计方面经验 5.Knowledge of ISO9001 Quality System; Experience in Audits and Quality System improvement 有ISO9001质量体系经验；审计与质量体系提升经验 6.Knowledge of problem solving; Knowledge of measurement; Analytical skills, understanding of cost and financial impacts 具备问题解决能力，分析能力，成本与财务意识 7.Understanding of product realization process; Advanced in Microsoft packages (Excel, Word etc.) 理解生产流程，擅长Microsoft packages 8.Ability to develop working relationships with internal and external partners, ability to build rapport and empathize with interested parts 与内部外部伙伴发展工作关系，建立信任感与共同利益 9.Ability to work on own initiative, Self-motivated, able to thrive under pressure, multi-tasks and priorities workload 具有主动性，抗压性强，有多任务解决能力 10.Negotiation skills, ability to present result /data effectively 有一定沟通技巧，具备PPT呈现能力
